Pool Resort is located 4kms away from Macrossan Street (the main street of Port Douglas) and 1km away from Four Mile Beach.

There is a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants within close driving distance of the resort, while the outstanding natural beauty of the Daintree Rainforest is just a short drive away.

Our accommodation in Port Douglas provides quick and easy access to many of the best Great Barrier Reef scuba dive and snorkelling tours.

Our office hours are: 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday and 8:30am to 3:00pm Weekends & Public Holidays. Guests need to register at reception. If you will be arriving outside of these hours, please contact us to arrange late arrival check-in.

Car Parking Details

There is free undercover parking for guests at our Port Douglas resort.

Local Shuttle Buses

Port Douglas has a number of local shuttle bus services to get you in and and around town! Generally, the shuttle bus service runs from 7am – Midnight. Please note, this is a paid service. Daily & Weekly passes are available.

Electric Scooters

Our resort has Beam electric scooters available to hire. It’s an easy 15 mins ride into town.

Travel Directions

We are located approximately 60 minutes from Cairns Airport. From Cairns Airport take the Captain Cook Highway north, following the signs for Port Douglas. Turn into Port Douglas and follow Port Douglas Road for 1.5 KM then turn left into St Crispins Avenue. 100m on the right hand side you will find Pool sign and Pool Reception area.
